Mr. Hulett founded the firm in 1981 and has negotiated and completed more than 200 transactions throughout his career. He began his career as a Certified Public Accountant and practiced with Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co. in St. Louis as an Audit Manager and in New York as the Director of Training for Private Business. Mr. Hulett has also served as chief executive and board member for various middle market companies. As an educator, he was an adjunct professor at New York University and a tenured faculty member at Lindenwood University in St. Louis. Today, he continues to conduct training sessions for middle market CPA firms throughout the country. Mr. Hulett earned his BS/BA Cum Laude in Accounting from the University of Missouri-Columbia, and an MBA from Lindenwood University.

Allyn Aach has more than 40 years of multi-dimensional management experience with the nation's leading career apparel manufacturer and marketer, Angelica Uniform Group of St. Louis. As Senior Vice President, Mr. Aach was a driving force in expanding the corporation from $6 million to $165 million. Overseeing operations, procurement and development, he designed organizational structures which significantly decreased costs and increased productivity and profitability. Under his direction, the development of new products resulted in sales exceeding $80 million annually. Former Executive Director of the America Israel Chamber of Commerce of St. Louis, Mr. Aach was instrumental in creating 900 jobs and $50 million worth of new business in the communities of St. Louis and Israel. He graduated from Washington University with a B.S. degree in Business Administration.

Mr. Brown had a distinguished career in the electrical parts distribution industry. He joined United Electric Supply as Sales Manager, and became CEO in 1984. Under his leadership, the company established sophisticated computer systems that enabled it to deliver superior service and remain cost competitive. During his career, the company's sales grew from $3.5 million to $70 million. In 2000, he presided over the sale of the company to Westburne Supply, a large publicly-held Canadian distributor. He has been a director of several industry associations, including the National Association of Electrical Distributors, and AAIM Management Association.

Mr. Fischer has a diverse professional background with experience in finance, manufacturing and operations. He currently serves as President of Beehler Corporation where he has hands-on knowledge of the automotive, appliance and defense industries. He is experienced with strategic planning, business unit development and corporate divestitures. Mr. Fischer is actively involved with the Precision Metalforming Association where he held the Missouri District Chair and served as a Board Member. He also participates with the Southwest Area Manufacturers Association and was a trade representative with the Missouri Department of Economic Development. He began his career with Paine Webber in trading and sales. Mr. Fischer earned a Bachelor Degree from the University of Missouri and an MBA from Washington University's Olin School of Business.

Mr. Hulett has led M&A transactions in a variety of industries including manufacturing/industrial, software development/IT, business services and value-added distribution. Prior to joining the firm, he held senior level accounting and financial management positions in both public accounting and large corporate environments. Mr. Hulett began his career as a CPA with MPP&W, a St. Louis-based public accounting firm specializing in middle market companies. He then held various management positions in internal audit and corporate accounting with a Fortune 1000 industrial manufacturing company and also spent nine years with Enterprise Rent-A-Car Company as a department manager in the Corporate Accounting group. Mr. Hulett earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Missouri, Columbia.

Mr. Lewis managed Systems Engineering and Marketing operations for IBM's General Systems Division in Corpus Christi, Texas. From there he moved to Wang Laboratories where he served as District Manager overseeing Missouri, Kansas and Southern Illinois. As Director of Marketing, Mr. Lewis was a consultant for Kottmeier & Associates in St. Louis. Joining a heat management research firm, he served as President. Mr. Lewis holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis. He is certified in Production and Inventory Management by the American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS).

Mr. Sheridan has held chief executive positions in middle-market companies since 1968. He is President of NewMex International, Inc., a product design and development firm. He has strong business development experience, including turnaround work and buying and selling numerous businesses; and extensive international business experience, particularly in Asia and Latin America. He developed and implemented an Activity Based Costing system for manufacturers. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri.

Ms. Szedlar has 19 years of banking experience. She served as an organizing officer and Chief Operating Officer for Partners Bank, a start-up community bank, where she helped manage the company from inception to $150 million in assets. Prior to that, Ms. Szedlar was a Vice President for First Banks, Inc., a multi-billion dollar bank holding company, and also served as a Commercial Lender for Central Bank. In addition to her work at R.L. Hulett & Company, Ms. Szedlar manages her own company, The Bankers Advantage, which provides consulting services to financial institutions across the country. Ms. Szedlar earned a B.S. in finance from Illinois State University and an MBA from Southern Illinois University. In 2005, she was a recipient of the St. Louis Business Journal's "40 Under 40" Award honoring outstanding professionals in the St. Louis area.

As a Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Thomas has served in various financial management capacities for nearly 20 years. During that tenure, he has examined and worked with accounting processes, financial systems and internal controls for companies of all sizes. Mr. Thomas’ career highlights include serving as Corporate Controller for Maverick Tube Corporation, a $2 billion publicly-traded organization, and playing several key management roles in the Corporate Accounting department at Enterprise Rent-A-Car Company. Mr. Thomas began his career in the St. Louis office of Price Waterhouse, where he audited both privately-held and publicly-traded companies, with primary industry experience in public utilities, manufacturing and healthcare. He is a graduate of Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.

Ms. Hart is a CPA with considerable transaction experience, including several years at Medicine Shoppe International where she was responsible for identifying, analyzing, and facilitating the acquisition and divestiture of retail pharmacies. Ms. Hart also served as a transaction professional for Ernst & Young’s Transaction Advisory Services group where she performed buy-side and sell-side due diligence for financial and strategic clients. Ms. Hart began her career at KPMG by auditing privately-held and publicly-traded companies, with her primary industry focus in the manufacturing and distribution sector. She is a proud graduate of the University of Missouri, Columbia with a Masters degree in Accounting.

Mr. Rami has spent over 15 years in the banking industry serving middle market companies. He began his career with American National Bank in Chicago and then joined Mark Twain Bank in St. Louis where he developed and managed multimillion-dollar loan portfolios for various market sectors. Most recently, Mr. Rami served as Senior Vice President of Commercial Lending for Triad Bank, a denovo bank specializing in middle market business banking. He possesses an in-depth understanding of financial service processes, practices, and models and holds an MBA with an emphasis in Finance from St. Louis University. In 2009, Mr. Rami co-founded Six Row Brewing Company, a craft brewery located in St. Louis, Missouri. He is also very active in the community, working with numerous not for profit organizations in various capacities.

Mr. Sadwin is focused exclusively on developing new business opportunities for the firm. He has compiled a distinguished career in a variety of industries, but spent the majority of his years in the computer systems industry as a software developer, department manager, subsidiary managing director, and founder of a computer systems consulting firm. Mr. Sadwin was also Vice President of Engineering and Manufacturing for a world leader in interactive color graphic systems for the printing and publishing industry and Founding President of a highly successful private elementary school. More recently, he established and managed a national executive search and recruiting firm based in the St. Louis area. Mr. Sadwin has a BA in Mathematics from Yeshiva University and an MBA from Northeastern University.

Mr. Windhorst joined the firm in 2010. His responsibilities include assisting senior-level deal managers on various client engagements by researching companies on both the buy and sell side in addition to assisting in company valuations. Prior to joining R.L. Hulett & Company, Mr. Windhorst served as an intern for IBM in Washington D.C. and Edward Jones in London, England. Mr. Windhorst earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance and International Business from the Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis. His involvement with the university included serving as a teaching assistant, a member of Greek life and a member of the Varsity Football Team.
